The Migrant Education Parent Advisory Council (MEPAC) consists of parents, administrators, teachers, and occasionally, students who represent the Migrant Education Program (MEP) in the Surry County School system. 

The MEPAC meets three times per year for discussions, concerns, suggestions and questions.
